Bread cubes

Kashmiri chillies soak 1 hour and paste it.
Bread 6 slices cut them into cubes
Fry pan ni heat chesi daanni lo 2 spoons butter vesi karigaaka garlic small pieces
Ginger each 1 spoon vesi vegaka onion small pieces vesi vegaka red chilli paste salt kaasta soy sauce vesi kalipi kaasta water vesi anthaa daggara ayyetappudu vepina bread slices vesi kalipi dinchi kothimeera,ullikaadalu vesi serve it.

Chilli paneer

Paneer pieces 1 cup
Salt to taste
White pepper 4 pinches
Chiilies oil 1 spoon
Corn flour1 table spoon
Mix well and deep fry. Keep aside
Oil 1 spoon
Garlic small pieces 1 tea spoon
Small onion cut into pieces
Bell pepper red yellow green pieces vepi
Tomato ketchup 1 spoon
Soya sauce 1 spoon
White pepper 3 pinces
Salt
Mix well and serve.

Bread chutney

200 gr tomatoes
Red dry chillies 8
Salt 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
Baandiloki lo water liter vesi maruguthunnappudu tomatoes red chilly vesi 10 minutes udikinchina vadakattali tomato cool ayyaka pottu theesi blend tomato red chilli salt sugar smooth paste. Serve it with vada etc

Imili chutney

Chintha pandu rasam 200 ml
Bellam podi 250 gr
Ginger powder 2 spoons
Red chilli powder 1 spoon
Salt 1 tea spoon
Miriyala podi 1 tea spoon
Anni oka baandiloki lo vesi udikinchaali.
Idi chaala rojulu niluva untundi chat vaathi Ki naa guntundi.

Mint chutney

Mint 100 gr
Kothimeera 50 gr
Green chillies 3
Ginger small pieces 2
Salt
Water 50 ml
Curd 50 ml
Bled it all fine paste.
Put poopu..

Pappula chetney

Pappulu 1 small cup (putnaalu)
Kobbari 1 cup
chiilies 3
Kothimeera 1/2 cup
Ginger small pieces 2
Curd 1 small cup
Blend all the above.
Popu vesukovaali
Koncham oil, jeera, mustard, minappappu, karivepaaku, inguva vegaka chutney lo kalapali.
Idly,disable etc baagundandi.

Veg fried rice

4 spoons oil
1 poon garlic slices long
Onions small pieces 1/4 cup
Carrot small pieces 1/4 cup
Peas 1/4 cup
Bacorolli 1/4 cup
3 green chilies cut into pieces
1 cup cooked rice
Salt
venigar or lime juice or amchoor powder
Pepper powder 1/2 spoon
