Kitchen grease cleaner

1 Tsp baking soda

Harpal singh garam masala

1/2 cup coriander seeds
1/4 jeera
30 green cardamom
12 black cardamom
7 bay leaves
20 cloves
8 Mace (japathri)

2 florets Star anise
1 fennel (soamp)
1 Tsp black pepper

Panjabi fresh garamasala

5to6 bay leaves
2 green cardamom pods
3 tbsp Dhaniyalu
1 tbspcumin
1 long stickChekka
1 tbsp pepper
5 black cardamom pods
1 tbsp ginger powder
2 javithri blades
1 tbsp fennel
10 cloves
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
1pasupu
Grind all the ingredients fine powder.

Biryani masala

4 bay leaves
4 black cardamom
10 green cardamom
10 pepper
4 cinnamon sticks
10 cloves
10 dry plums
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp black cumin
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
1/4 pasupu
2 spoons Kasthuri methi leaves
Anni Sim lo vepi challaraka grind chesukovaali.

Garam masala powder

Chekka 2 pieces
1 tbsp lavangaalu
1/2 Tsp ginger powder
1 tbsp pepper
8 no star anise
1 nutmug
1Jaavithri
4 tbsp spoon Dhaniyalu
4 tbsp jeera
4 bay leaves
4 black cardamom
4 green cardamom
1 tbsp Annie seeds soamp
Roast 3 to 4 min all separately
Cool them and grind

Channa masala powder

1 Tsp Dhaniyalu
2 Tsp Jeera
1 TSP nuvvulu
5Kashmiri chilli
10 1 inch Chekka pieces
2Biryani aaku
8 ilachi
12 pieces labangaalu
2 Star puvvu
20 to 40Miriyalu
1 Tspamchur powder
1/2PasupuTsp

Chana masala

Ingredients
200 great Chana
25 great Chana masala powder
1 bunch kothimeera
1 Tsp ginger garlic paste
2 green chillies
2 onion
2 tomatoes
1 lemon
3 Tbsp oil
1 salt
1 pinch turmeric
Few whole garam masala ilachi, cloves, Chekka, bay leaf star mace.

Soak Chana in water over night or cook the same day soak them in warm water for at least 5 to 6 hours.

Pressure cook chole
Drain the chole, reserve the lid

Chop the onion and tomatoes

Heat oil in a deep pan add cumin seeds and whole garam masala

When change colour add choped onions
To it and fry till they are brown

Add ginger garlic paste to it and saute 2 minutes

Add all tomatoes till they are soft  and mashed up

Green chillies

Add Chana to the powder and mix gently so that chole are properly coated in mixture

Add the reserve water depending on the gravy check and need seasoning

Lime juice.

Sim stove and cook covered with for 5 to 6 minutes and garnish with kathimeera leaves

Serve with batura, Puri or chapathi.

Batura

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup curd
1/2 Salt
1/4 cup sooji
1/4 tsp sugar
Put all ingredients in a bowl mix it we'll use some water also make a medium stiff dough rest atleast 2  hours roll it and fry in hot oil.

Gongura podi

Gongura kadigi 3 days arabettali

15 red chilli vepi
2 tsp Dhaniyalu
11/2 jeelakarra
1 cup noovvulu
Kaastha chinthapandu 
vepi plate lo vesukovaali challaraka grind chesi
Gongura ni vesukovaali pacch vasana poyevaraku vepaali
Uppu Anni vesukoni grind chesukovaali.
