Garam masala powder

Chekka 2 pieces
1 tbsp lavangaalu
1/2 Tsp ginger powder
1 tbsp pepper
8 no star anise
1 nutmug
1Jaavithri
4 tbsp spoon Dhaniyalu
4 tbsp jeera
4 bay leaves
4 black cardamom
4 green cardamom
1 tbsp Annie seeds soamp
Roast 3 to 4 min all separately
Cool them and grind
