Glab jamoon

Syrup
1 cup sugar
11/2 water
1 ilachi
4 saffrons strands
4 tea spoon lemon juice boil until sugar desolve.
Bowl thisukoni
11/2 cup Milk powder
1/3 cup ghee mix well add small quantity of 1/3 cup milk plachagaayyaka daani thick bottom unde baandilo low flame lo daggara Padi muddaga mare varaku kaluputhu udikinchaali challaraka daaniki
4 Tspoon Maida 3/4 tsp vanta soda vesi kalipi kavaliste 2 spoon paalu vesi kalipi middaga chesi10 minutes naadi undalu chesi ghee lo kalchi sugar syrup lo veyyaali. 10 minutes tharvatha serve it. Yummy yummy jamoon ready.
