Cook 1cup rice
Boil 2 potatoes and slice them as1 inch cubes and put a kadai on flame with 6 spoons of oil fry that aloo cubes.
6 cloves
2 inches cinammon
2 red chillies
Salt grind roughly in mixe put in a cup
Grind pudina leaves just they cut into small pieces.
Remove aaloo from kadai and put that pudina leaves fry them for 2 mins.
In the middle of pudia fry up the grinded redchilli mix fry when the flavor comes out and put the aaloos u already fried ones put off the fire and mix the rice in the mix it serve it hot.
